I’m SO excited to share this amazing Dell-Lea wedding today, because a), I love this venue, but also b), Dani and AJ incorporated soo many fun touches to make it feel just like them! I was so honored to be there to photograph their day.

It’s a beautiful barn wedding venue right in the heart of New Hampshire, and every couple I’ve worked with there has nothing but wonderful things to say. And I couldn’t agree more! Vintage Details for a Dell-Lea Wedding
Dani and AJ planned a June wedding at Dell-Lea, and despite the unseasonably warm weather we had for early June, it was such a beautiful day. They leaned into the vintage-style feel of their decor, with lots of curated details and handmade elements. I loved it!
When you walked into their reception space, you were greeted with vintage wedding dresses of their parents and grandparents. I thought this was such a unique way to honor the previous generations!
All of their signage was made by Dani–she thrifted paintings, framed them, and then hand-painted the frames gold and added lettering on top of the glass. She also made life-sized flowers for the ceremony, which was an incredibly unique touch. I heard them say they were made out of papier-mache!!
For their guestbook, they chose a voicemail service where guests could leave messages for them on a vintage phone. This has been a really neat new concept in the last few years, and I’m so here for it!
Dani’s dress and veil also had a vintage feel with lots of lace (including lace gloves 🤩), and the florals she chose for her bouquet and centerpieces perfectly coordinated with the overall vibes of the day. She actually had an outfit change planned for later in the evening, but wound up changing earlier than expected due to the extreme heat and humidity that day. Her second dress was just as beautiful as her first, it was so fun!
Some other fun details throughout their day included a bubble exit from their ceremony, sun parasols for them and the wedding party for photos, a private last dance for just Dani and AJ, and then a vintage car send-off at the end of the night.

Dell-Lea is a really amazing option for a wedding venue in New Hampshire. If you’re looking for a barn wedding, this property is so great! It’s located in Chichester, NH, so it’s really centrally located to just about anywhere in New Hampshire and is even easy to get to from Boston.
Some things I especially love about it are the beautiful and intentional landscaping–it’s clear the owners put a lot of care into maintaining the grounds, and their hard work really shows. The property is just beautiful.
The outdoor ceremony space includes a gazebo that looks out over gorgeous fields and trees, and they have lawn games available for guests to play during cocktail hour. There are also lots of nice shaded areas which are great for midday photos, especially on a hot day like this wedding.
Even as the sun sets, the property is stunning. I was able to sneak Dani and AJ outside during golden hour for some portrait photos, and the lighting was phenomenal.
The reception space in the barn and the rest of the property truly have a quintessential New England/New Hampshire feel to them. It’s stunning in any season. And the staff is amazing! I’ve experienced their kindness firsthand as a vendor, and couples always have glowing reviews and nothing but the best things to say as well.
It’s evident that they really care about making your day as special as possible. Dell-Lea is a full-service venue, too, so you don’t have to worry about hiring outside caterers or sourcing any of the essentials like tables, linens, chairs, etc. They even have a bunch of decor available to rent as well, making your planning experience so much easier!
I absolutely loved Dani and AJ’s wedding there. Dell-Lea is a really special wedding venue.
