From the very beginning of the weekend, Sarah and Talia’s Longlook Farm wedding was completely full of love. Set in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, Longlook Farm provided the perfect backdrop for their celebration, which took place across two beautiful days in early September.
Sarah and Talia’s story started all the way back in high school. They first met when Talia was a freshman, and Sarah was a senior, and they played on the softball team together. Their wedding weekend was a true reflection of who they are and the life they’ve built together! As a New Hampshire photographer, I’ve had the chance to capture beautiful weddings across the state, but this definitely has to be a favorite!

A Longlook Farm Wedding Weekend
Sarah and Talia really wanted a wedding that felt intimate and personal, while still allowing space to celebrate big with the people they love most. On Friday, they hosted a small ceremony followed by an intimate celebration with close family and friends. Their larger reception took place the following night and was full of lots of fun and plenty of dancing.

The food was a major highlight of their whole wedding weekend. Friday night, they served a cozy pasta dinner catered by The Common Man, while Saturday was a little more laid-back with food trucks, including Deadproof Pizza and a taco truck that was absolutely yummy!
One of my favorite personal details from their wedding was their table “numbers.” Instead of numbers, each table was named after a meaningful place in Sarah and Talia’s relationship. On the back of each card was a short note explaining why that location was so special to them. I thought this was such a thoughtful and unique way to share their story with their guests!

Jewish Wedding Traditions for Their Longlook Farm Wedding
Sarah and Talia incorporated Jewish traditions throughout their wedding weekend in a beautiful way, which added even more meaning to their celebration. Their ceremony centered around the Chuppah, followed by the signing of the Ketubah, the exchanging of rings, and the breaking of the glass at the end of the ceremony.
They also included traditional parent dances and their first dance on Friday night, making that evening extra special. During the larger reception on Saturday, they continued honoring their heritage with the blessing of the Challah and the Hora, which was such a fun moment!

Sarah & Talia’s White Mountain Engagement Session
I actually first met Sarah and Talia back in 2024, when I had the honor of photographing their engagement session in the White Mountains. It was a winter afternoon, and we had perfect weather! The sun was out, and we had some nice fresh snow.
We hiked one of my favorite trails in Crawford Notch and spent time getting to know each other and allowing them to get comfortable in front of the camera before their big day. It was so fun to get to see them again at Longlook Farm for their wedding weekend!
