Winter weddings at the Barn on the Pemi feel intimate and timeless. There is something so warm and special about gathering with your friends and family in a cozy barn with the fireplace going. Classic new england Winter wedding

Tess and Chris got married at the Barn on the Pemi on a beautiful January day. They started out their day getting ready on site in separate cabins. Tess was the first bride to use the brand new bridal suite! From a photographers perspective this new bridal suite is perfect- great natural light + white walls..an actual dream! Chris and his son got ready together in another cabin, it was so special to see them help each other get ready!


T + C were both eager to see each other. We jumped right into the first look once they were both ready followed by emotional private vows. We opted to do photos before the ceremony to utilize the day light while we still had it. T + C were surrounded by a great group! The wedding party photos in the greenhouse were a lot of fun and I was especially impressed that nobody complained once about being cold. Their ceremony was by the fireplace followed by a candelit dinner and dancing with friends. A special highlight of the evening was when Tess and Chris invited Dawson up to dance with them. It was so sweet and there wasn't a dry eye in the room ❤️
